Broncos Fall to Aztecs in MW Quarterfinals

I'm sure most people know by now, but here's the article from last night's game.





LAS VEGAS (AP) - Jamaal Franklin had 19 points and eight
rebounds as San Diego State held off Boise State for a 73-67 victory in
the Mountain West tournament quarterfinals on Wednesday night.

Xavier Thames scored 18 points and Chase Tapley added 17 for the
fourth-seeded Aztecs (22-9), who advanced to Friday's semifinals against
No. 1 seed New Mexico.

Derrick Marks
scored all of his 14 points in the second half for the fifth-seeded
Broncos (21-10), who figure to be in the discussion for an at-large
selection to the NCAA Tournament.

It was a great season!! Lets hope we get a spot in the tournament!!! would be wicked awesome if I had a reason to get into a pool!!

You know, even if we don't get into the Dance, we should still be a high seed in the NIT and get a home game. I think having a home game for the NIT, is almost as big as getting into the NCAA's. Would be great for the city.
