BOISE, Idaho - Boise State Athletics released its first quarterly report of the 2023 fiscal year, Wednesday. The report covers achievements, initiatives and progress in areas of emphasis during the months of July through September. This is the first time the Broncos have endeavored to create and publicize departmental quarterly reports.

"The introduction of quarterly and annual reporting allows us to live out, in action, our values of authenticity, transparency and accountability,” said director of athletics Jeramiah Dickey. “We are excited to share with you - our stakeholders, community partners and peers - many of our key performance indicators and how we are progressing toward our goals in all areas of the department."

The report is broken down into four chapters - Athletic Excellence; Academic Achievement; Revenue and Engagement; and Broncos United - all of which tie into the department’s What’s Next Initiative. Each chapter contains data as well as a feature story highlighting a relevant accomplishment or initiative in the corresponding area.

The report was developed by Sarah Joram, a graduate assistant in the athletic media relations office. Joram identified the opportunity to bring value to the department by creating a structured, repeatable quarterly report and took it on as her practicum project in Boise State’s Master’s of Athletic Leadership degree program. The report was designed by Boise State assistant director of graphic design Colby Harms.

The department’s report for the second quarter will be released in February. The third quarter report will be available in May. Boise State will distribute an annual report in August.
