3 star LB Breydon Boyd has committed to Boise State.
He visited awhile back for a Junior Day and really enjoyed it, saying "Boise is lit". However, he ended up committing to Iowa State. He decommitted a few weeks ago and stated Boise State was his number one school and the coaches told them he was the number linebacker on the board. They maintained communication with him the entire time.
Boyd is expected to play middle linebacker for the Broncos. He is a hard hitter and excels in stopping the run. Boyd is their first commit in Texas this class, an area they are focusing on more this year. He continues the trend of Avalos bringing in quality LBs each year.
