He's only a kid and kids make mistakes all the time. Before anyone passes judgment remember he is only a kid. Gary Patterson is a father figure and was in the process of turning Boykin from a boy to a man. So what if Boykin got hammered 2 days before his big bowl game, fought with bar employees,threw haymakers at responding police officers and eventually charged with felony assault on a police officer.... remember these are just kids!
