they don't even try to hide what their doing anymore re: recruiting rankings... they have 6 SEC teams ranked ahead of UCLA's monster class..... a few of the kids from SEC school miraculously gained more stars after they signed.... f'ing hilarious.

ESPN has pretty much become the laughing stock with people who know football, they came late to the party and now just make crap up. Their analysts are so far out in left field, they remind me of MSNBC with brother Al & Crazy Larry.

I sheyot you not, from someone who knows and has scene quite of a bit of the So. Cal recruits this year, ESPNU analysts are just making stuff up. They absolutely have no clue on their west coast evaluations, it's laughable.

You mean they are manipulating the rankings to better suit their needs/wants?

How despicable.

Why the next thing you know they will do the same thing with team rankings during the season to get more desirable match ups in all those Bowls they sponsor

Or to even eliminate conferences who don't 'play ball with them' when it comes to TV contracts.
