Nampa Skyview Wide Reciever Demonte Horton is no stranger to Hard work and Discipline. The 6'3 205 lb. Wide Reciever has caught the attention of many schools and landed him his first D-1 off from the Mountain West in Air Force.

Demonte has tremendous athleticism and sure hands and it's no wonder schools are really starting to take notice. Blue-Turf.com had the chance to catch up with Demonte recently and here is what he had to say about Last weeks FrampCamp, Offers, where Boise State fits in and overall senior year preparation.

Blue-Turf: Great Job at Framp Camp btw. You definitely stood out as an outstanding receiver.

So what were your thoughts on the first ever 4TheAbility Framp Camp in the Treasure Valley?

Demonte: Thank you I thought it was pretty good for the first year I wasn't there the first day but I heard they got good work in. I think it'll keep growing year by year and really become a great camp if they can have a little more organization and pull some more kids out.

Blue-Turf: Agree, for a first year camp I really enjoyed it and see it growing well.

Talk to me about your Air Force offer? What coaches have you been talking with and who was after you specifically? They are a great program!

Demonte: Coach Mike Theison was the coach that came to my school and talked to me and also offered me as well back in April.

Blue-Turf: So has Boise State specifically or any other schools been interested in coming out to look at you and or potentially offer you?

Demonte: I've been in contact with Boise several times and they've told me they like me more on the defensive side of the ball as a Safety and that they'll wait til the season starts to get a better look at me and I've been talking to Montana St coaches a lot and Army also hit me this week and said they'd be talking to me soon about offering.

Blue-Turf: Do you have reserves about playing on either side of the ball or if Boise offered would you be open to whatever school saw was a best fit?

Demonte: I see myself more of an offensive player but if I did have the opportunity I would take it. Right now Boise would be #1 if they offered just by the location and size and I know they have what I want to study.

Besides being a great Athlete Demonte also displays great charachter on and off the field
And will be and asset to any program that lands his services after his senior season.
