since when did Kansas and Mississippi become the hot bed for JC talent when 15 out of 20 top JC schools are in California? I guy from California in the top 20, are you f'ing kidding me..... Scout is a complete farce.
I follow JC ball quite closely and when I tell you this is laughable, comical and downright fraud, you should listen. I'd ask for my money back if I was a paying Scout member, what an absolute ripoff.
