Stanford reaches out to Petersen

Are you guys as freaked out as I am about this? I think its one of a handful of jobs he would leave Boise for. Watching all his coordinators leave him for "greener grass" probably doesn't make him anymore secure about the stability of the program.

Someone talk me off the edge please.

nope, Hars was encouraged to move on if he wanted to be a Head Coach some day, Hars wants to be a Head Coach, would like it to be at Boise but CP is not leaving any time soon. CP will stay as long as he wants to coach.

Pete wasn't interested when back when they hired Harbaugh so I will guess he will listen to them and then probably tell them thanks but no thanks.(IMHO)

5 years ago Coach Pete hired two 29 year olds as offensive and defensive coordinators, the youngest staff in the country, now one is in Tennessee and one is in Texas.
