BOISE STATE TRACK & FIELD: Broncos Announce 2022-23 Indoor Track Schedule

BOISE, Idaho – Boise State Track and Field Head Coach Corey Ihmels announced the 2022-23 indoor season schedule Tuesday.

The squad kicks off the season with two meets in December, the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston, Mass., (Dec. 3) and the Spokane Invitational in Spokane, Wash., (Dec. 10).

The Broncos return from winter break with a full lineup of meets in January. The Blue and Orange will first send off two groups of Broncos to Spokane, Wash., for the Spokane Indoor Challenge (Jan. 13-14), and to Seattle, Wash., for the UW Indoor Preview that same weekend.

Following the pair of Washington meets, select Broncos will travel to Lubbock, Texas, for the Texas Tech Open and Multis (Jan. 26-28), while others return to Seattle, Wash., to compete at the Washington Invitational that same weekend.

Four more meets highlight February, with the Broncos returning to Spokane, Wash., for the WSU Open and Combined Events, Feb. 2-4. Separating one last time, the crew heads to Seattle, Wash. for the Husky Classic and Albuquerque, N.M. to compete at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M., Feb. 10-11.

The Blue and Orange return to Albuquerque, N.M., to finish off its indoor season at the Mountain West Championships, Feb. 23-25.

The NCAA Indoor Championships are scheduled for March 10-11 in Albuquerque, N.M.

The 2023 outdoor track and field schedule will be announced at a later date.
