Harsin has to Go

Its to the point that it's not scheme or talent or execution ... it's everything and this team has slowly gone down hill for 4 years now...

You either stop it now and reconfigure or you find the bottom... I hung in as long as I could with Harsin.... but this is just beyond... the team just looks unprepared in just about every facet
