Harsin Signs Graduate Transfer
BOISE, Idaho – Boise State football head coach Bryan Harsin announced the signing of Khafari Buffalo to a financial aid agreement, Friday. Buffalo, a graduate transfer, spent the 2015-18 seasons at The Citadel and has one year of eligibility remaining.
Buffalo, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound safety, will join the Broncos this summer.

THE CITADEL CAREER
RS JUNIOR (2018): Appeared in 10 of 11 games, including six starts…registered a career-high 38 tackles (28 solo), including 1.0 for-loss…tied his career high with seven tackles at VMI (Oct. 20)…recorded an interception at Mercer (Sept. 22)…also had six pass break-ups, including three at VMI...returned four kickoffs for 58 yards on the year, including a long of 24 yards against Furman (Oct. 27).
RS SOPHOMORE (2017): Appeared in all 11 games, including starts in three of the final four games…registered 33 tackles (23 solo), including 1.0 for-loss…career-high seven tackles at FBS No. 2 and CFP No. 1 seed Clemson (Nov. 18), including a TFL.
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2016): Appeared in all 12 games…named to the All-Southern Conference Freshman Team…recorded eight tackles, one pass break-up and a fumble recovery…also returned four kickoffs for 73 yards.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Lettered three times in football and also earned letters in track and field, basketball and tennis…named first-team all-region following junior and senior seasons and all-area as senior…selected to play in 2014 North-South All-Star Game…posted career totals of 116 tackles, five interceptions and nine pass break-ups while catching 39 passes for 961 yards and six touchdowns…named all-region in tennis as a freshman and competed in both the 200-meter and 4x100-meter relay at the state championships…member of the honor roll.
