The Hawaii game on October 3rd is turning into a huge weekend for recruiting.
Confirmed visitors (either through talking with them personally or twitter) are recruits:
- WR Julian Carter (verbal commit)
-DB Reid Harrison-Ducros (verbal commit)
-RB Damarea Crockett (verbal commit)
-RB Robert Mahone (verbal commit)
-DB Robert Lewis (verbal commit)
-WR Derrion Grim (verbal commit)
-DE Derriyon Shaw (Boise in his top 5)
-DB De'Andre Pierce
Last season I noticed, whether intentional or not, Boise State seemed to surround one or two of their uncommitted recruits with four or five players who have already committed and it seemed to lead to a few "GO BRONCOS" . It is worth noting Pierce appears to talk often with the other recruits mentioned above on twitter.
Today, 2017 recruits QB Connor Neville and WR Jonny Neville confirmed they will be in attendance that weekend as well. Connor holds an offer from the Broncos and talked with me a bit about his scheduling his visit.
"We (Jonny and I) are so excited! I really want to see a game (on the Blue) and will be glad to meet some of the other recruits."
Neville also mentioned he might plan a trip to Washington this fall but added he hasn't really been hearing from them lately. He said he hears from Coach Drink every week.
